After 25 years working for some of the largest staffing and recruiting companies in the world, I made the decision to strike forward on my own with the intent of applying my years of experience helping great companies solve their talent challenges. The primary motivator was to have the authority and flexibility to develop a solution based upon my client, not the cookie-cutter approach applied universally as a solution to every client we called upon. Your organization is unique. Your talent strategy is unique as well.
My goal is to help companies not only find the talent they need for open roles, but to help them build a talent strategy that is sustainable and will help them address their talent needs both now and in the future across their organization.
About Me
Attended Upper Iowa University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I have spent my entire professional career in the staffing industry, responsible for sales, recruiting, talent management, training and workforce development. This has included many different roles within the staffing industry vertical, all of which was spent in the professional / technical realm in industries including automotive, medical device, semiconductor, defense, aerospace, industrial machinery and consumer goods. I have been a recruiter, account manager, sales executive, branch manager, regional manager and national VP responsible for both sales and recruiting outcomes. This has provided me with experience and insights to design and execute effective talent and client engagement strategies at the strategic level as well as the in-the-trenches, real-world experience to lead teams in recruiting and sales.
